Fees for Landlords

Tenant Find Fee includes:

  • Agree the market rent and find a tenant in accordance with the landlord guidelines
  • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)
  • Photographs and marketing
  • Property advertised on RightMove, Zoopla, Prime Location and other leading property websites
  • Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Property and tenant matching
  • Triple reference check, credit, landlord and employer
  • Arranging EPCs, gas safety certificates, electrical checks and Legionella risk assessment
  • FREE detailed photographic inventory
  • Accompanied viewings until 7pm
  • Register the deposit with the DPS

Setup Fee: £399 (inc VAT)

In addition to tenant find only, fully managed includes:
