Staging Guide

Setting The Scene Before The Photographer Arrives

The information contained in this brochure is a guide to help us work together in showcasing your property to its full potential.

One of the essential parts of marketing your home is the preparation.

It is important to make it clean, tidy and clutter-free, so a potential buyer can look at the house and imagine themselves living there.

To get the best from your appointment, your home should be ready for a visit from one of our professional property photographers.

We would advise removing items that will affect the overall look of the photographs.
